서비스 이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 드라카리스(대표 김민석, 사업자등록번호 584-21-02501. 이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 볼링 기록 서비스 텐프레임(토스 미니앱에서는 볼링기록이라는 이름으로 제공됩니다. 이하 통칭하여 "서비스")의 이용에 관한 조건과 절차, 운영자와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

• 서비스: 볼링 점수판 사진을 인공지능으로 판독해 경기 기록으로 저장하고, 통계와 공유 기능을 제공하는 응용 프로그램 및 관련 웹 페이지를 말합니다. 토스 미니앱, iOS·Android 앱, 웹을 모두 포함합니다.
• 이용자: 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 사람을 말합니다.
• 계정: 이용자가 선택적으로 로그인하여 기록을 기기 밖에 보존할 수 있게 하는 식별 수단을 말합니다.
• 기록: 이용자가 촬영·입력하여 서비스에 저장한 경기 결과 및 그에 딸린 메모·장소·선수 이름 등을 말합니다.
• 공유 링크: 이용자가 특정 기록을 다른 사람이 볼 수 있도록 생성한 주소를 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력과 개정)

• 이 약관은 서비스 화면 또는 이 페이지에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
• 운영자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.
• 개정 시 적용일과 개정 내용을 적용일 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 다만 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전부터 게시합니다.
• 개정 약관의 적용일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 개정에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 이용자는 이용을 중단하고 앱을 삭제하거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (서비스의 내용)

서비스는 다음 기능을 제공합니다. 제공 범위는 이용 채널(토스 미니앱 / 앱스토어·플레이스토어 앱 / 웹)에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.

• 점수판 사진의 인공지능 판독 및 결과 수정
• 경기 기록 저장·조회·삭제
• 애버리지 등 통계 제공
• 기록 공유 링크 생성 및 열람
• 계정 로그인 시 기록의 서버 보존 및 기기 간 동기화

제5조 (계정과 로그인)

• 로그인은 선택입니다. 로그인하지 않아도 판독·기록·통계 기능을 모두 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 토스 미니앱에서는 토스 로그인을 이용할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 운영자는 토스가 발급한 이용자 식별값을 회원 식별에만 사용합니다.
• 앱스토어·플레이스토어 앱에서는 Apple 또는 Google 계정으로 로그인할 수 있습니다.
• 이용자는 언제든지 서비스 내 기능을 통해 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 계정을 삭제하면 서버에 보존된 기록·구독 정보·사용 이력이 함께 지워지며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
• 계정 접근 수단(토스·Apple·Google 계정)의 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

제6조 (판독 횟수와 광고, 유료 구독)

• 판독은 서버 비용이 드는 기능이므로 하루 이용 횟수에 상한이 있습니다. 구체적인 무료 제공 횟수와 상한은 서비스 화면에 표시되며, 운영 사정에 따라 조정될 수 있습니다.
• 이용자는 광고를 시청하고 판독 횟수를 추가로 열 수 있습니다.
• 유료 구독은 앱스토어·플레이스토어 앱에서만 제공됩니다. 토스 미니앱에는 유료 구독이 없습니다.
• 유료 구독의 가격·기간·자동 갱신·해지 방법은 각 스토어의 결제 규정에 따르며, 결제와 환불은 해당 스토어(Apple 또는 Google)가 처리합니다. 구독 관련 안내는 지원 페이지에 있습니다.
• 구독은 판독 횟수 상한을 늘리는 것이 아니라 광고를 면제하고 기록 보존 기능을 제공하는 것입니다.

제7조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 타인의 개인정보가 담긴 사진을 권한 없이 올리는 행위
• 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령을 위반하는 내용을 기록·공유하는 행위
• 자동화된 수단으로 서비스에 반복 접근하거나 판독 횟수 제한을 우회하는 행위
• 서버·네트워크에 과도한 부하를 주거나 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 서비스를 역설계하거나 서비스의 소스·자원을 무단으로 복제·배포하는 행위

운영자는 위 행위가 확인된 경우 사전 통지 없이 해당 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (콘텐츠의 귀속)

• 이용자가 올린 사진과 입력한 기록의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 운영자는 이를 판독·저장·동기화·공유라는 서비스 제공 목적 범위에서만 처리합니다.
• 운영자는 이용자의 사진이나 기록을 광고·홍보·인공지능 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
• 서비스 자체(소프트웨어, 디자인, 상표)에 관한 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다.

제9조 (인공지능 판독의 한계)

제10조 (기록의 보관과 소실)

• 로그인하지 않으면 기록은 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱·브라우저 데이터를 지우거나, 저장 공간이 부족하거나, 기기를 바꾸면 기록이 사라질 수 있고 운영자는 이를 복구할 수 없습니다.
• 로그인하면 기록이 서버에 보존되어 같은 계정의 다른 기기와 동기화됩니다. 다만 사진은 동기화되지 않으며 기기에만 남습니다.
• 같은 기록을 여러 기기에서 수정한 경우 나중에 수정한 내용이 반영됩니다.
• 운영자는 기록의 영구 보관을 보증하지 않습니다. 중요한 기록은 이용자가 별도로 보관하시기를 권합니다.

제11조 (공유 링크)

• 공유 링크는 주소를 아는 사람이면 로그인 없이 열람할 수 있습니다. 공개 범위를 고려해 생성해 주세요.
• 공유 링크는 생성일로부터 180일이 지나면 열리지 않으며, 만료된 데이터는 정기 정리 작업으로 삭제됩니다.
• 만료 전에 삭제가 필요하면 링크 주소와 함께 문의해 주세요.

제12조 (서비스의 변경·중단)

• 운영자는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 일부 기능을 중단할 수 있습니다.
• 서비스 전부를 종료할 때에는 30일 전까지 이 페이지 또는 서비스 화면에 공지합니다.
• 천재지변, 정전, 통신 장애, 외부 서비스(클라우드·인공지능·스토어) 장애 등 운영자의 통제를 벗어난 사유로는 사전 통지 없이 서비스가 중단될 수 있습니다.

제13조 (책임의 제한)

• 운영자는 무료로 제공되는 기능과 관련하여 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 손해를 배상할 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 운영자는 제9조의 판독 오류, 제10조의 기록 소실, 이용자가 스스로 생성한 공유 링크의 노출로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 이 조항은 관련 법령이 소비자에게 보장하는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

제14조 (개인정보)

개인정보의 수집·이용·보관·파기에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침에서 정합니다.

제15조 (준거법과 분쟁 해결)

• 이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.
• 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 운영자와 이용자가 협의하여 해결하는 것을 원칙으로 하며, 협의가 이루어지지 않으면 민사소송법이 정하는 관할 법원에 소를 제기할 수 있습니다.

제16조 (문의)

Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern your use of Tenframe (offered as 볼링기록 / Bowling Record inside the Toss mini app; together, the "Service"), a bowling record service operated by Drakarys (드라카리스), represented by Minseok Kim, business registration no. 584-21-02501 (Republic of Korea) (the "Operator"), and set out the rights and obligations of the Operator and users.

2. Definitions

• Service: the applications and related web pages that read bowling scoreboard photos with artificial intelligence, store them as game records, and provide statistics and sharing. This covers the Toss mini app, the iOS and Android apps, and the web.
• User: anyone who uses the Service under these Terms.
• Account: an optional sign-in identity that lets a user keep records outside their device.
• Record: game results a user captures or enters, together with notes, venue and player names attached to them.
• Share link: an address a user creates so that others can view a specific record.

3. Effect and amendment of these Terms

• These Terms take effect when posted on this page or in the Service.
• The Operator may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law.
• Amendments are posted on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, and at least 30 days before if they are unfavourable to users.
• Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the amended Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service and delete the app or your account.

4. What the Service provides

The Service provides the following. Availability may differ by channel (Toss mini app / App Store and Play Store apps / web).

• AI reading of scoreboard photos, with manual correction
• Saving, viewing and deleting game records
• Statistics such as averages
• Creating and viewing share links
• Server-side retention and cross-device sync of records when signed in

5. Accounts and sign-in

• Signing in is optional. Reading, records and statistics all work without an account.
• In the Toss mini app you may sign in with Toss. In that case the Operator uses the user identifier issued by Toss solely to identify your account.
• In the App Store and Play Store apps you may sign in with Apple or Google.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the Service. Deleting an account also deletes the records, subscription information and usage history held on the server, and cannot be undone.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials (Toss, Apple, Google) used to access your account.

6. Reading limits and ads, paid subscription

• Reading costs server resources, so a daily limit applies. The free allowance and the limit are shown in the Service and may be adjusted for operational reasons.
• You may watch an advertisement to unlock an additional reading.
• Paid subscriptions are available only in the App Store and Play Store apps. The Toss mini app has no paid subscription.
• Price, term, auto-renewal and cancellation follow the payment rules of the respective store; payment and refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Subscription details are on the support page.
• A subscription does not raise the daily reading limit. It removes advertisements and provides record retention.

7. User obligations

You must not:

• upload photos containing another person's personal data without authority;
• record or share content that infringes others' rights or breaks the law;
• access the Service by automated means or circumvent the reading limit;
• place an excessive load on servers or networks, or otherwise disrupt normal operation;
• reverse engineer the Service or copy or distribute its code or assets without permission.

The Operator may restrict use without prior notice where such conduct is confirmed.

8. Ownership of content

• Photos you upload and records you enter remain yours. The Operator processes them only to read, store, sync and share them as part of providing the Service.
• The Operator does not use your photos or records for advertising, promotion or AI model training.
• Rights in the Service itself (software, design, trademarks) belong to the Operator.

10. Retention and loss of records

• Without signing in, records are stored only on your device. Clearing app or browser data, running out of storage, or changing devices can lose them, and the Operator cannot recover them.
• When signed in, records are kept on the server and synced with your other devices on the same account. Photos are not synced and stay on the device.
• If the same record is edited on several devices, the most recent edit prevails.
• The Operator does not guarantee permanent retention. Keep your own copy of anything important.

11. Share links

• A share link can be opened by anyone who knows the address, without signing in. Create them with that in mind.
• Share links stop working 180 days after creation, and expired data is removed by a scheduled cleanup.
• If you need one removed sooner, contact us with the link address.

12. Changes to and suspension of the Service

• The Operator may change the Service or discontinue parts of it.
• If the Service is discontinued entirely, notice will be posted here or in the Service at least 30 days in advance.
• The Service may be interrupted without prior notice for reasons beyond the Operator's control, such as natural disaster, power failure, network faults, or outages of third-party services (cloud, AI, app stores).

13. Limitation of liability

• For features provided free of charge, the Operator is not liable for damages except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
• The Operator is not liable for reading errors under section 9, loss of records under section 10, or exposure resulting from share links you created yourself.
• Nothing here limits rights guaranteed to consumers by applicable law.

14. Personal data

Collection, use, retention and deletion of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law and disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• Disputes will first be addressed through discussion between the Operator and the user; failing that, either party may bring an action before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

第1条（目的）

本規約は、ドラカリス（드라카리스、代表 キム・ミンソク、事業者登録番号 584-21-02501。以下「運営者」）が提供するボウリング記録サービステンフレーム（Tossミニアプリではボウリング記録（볼링기록）の名称で提供されます。以下あわせて「本サービス」）の利用条件および手続き、運営者と利用者の権利・義務を定めることを目的とします。

第2条（定義）

• 本サービス: ボウリングのスコア表の写真を人工知能で読み取って試合記録として保存し、統計と共有機能を提供するアプリケーションおよび関連ウェブページをいいます。Tossミニアプリ、iOS・Androidアプリ、ウェブを含みます。
• 利用者: 本規約に従って本サービスを利用する方をいいます。
• アカウント: 利用者が任意でログインし、記録を端末の外に保存できるようにする識別手段をいいます。
• 記録: 利用者が撮影・入力して保存した試合結果、およびそれに付随するメモ・場所・選手名などをいいます。
• 共有リンク: 利用者が特定の記録を他者に見せるために生成したアドレスをいいます。

第3条（規約の効力および改定）

• 本規約は、本ページまたは本サービス内に掲示することで効力が生じます。
• 運営者は、関係法令に反しない範囲で本規約を改定できます。
• 改定する場合、適用日および改定内容を適用日の7日前から本ページに掲示します。利用者に不利な変更は30日前から掲示します。
• 適用日以降も本サービスの利用を続けた場合、改定に同意したものとみなします。同意されない場合は利用を中止し、アプリまたはアカウントを削除してください。

第4条（本サービスの内容）

本サービスは次の機能を提供します。提供範囲は利用チャネル（Tossミニアプリ／App Store・Play Storeアプリ／ウェブ）により異なる場合があります。

• スコア表写真の人工知能による読み取りおよび結果の修正
• 試合記録の保存・閲覧・削除
• アベレージなどの統計提供
• 共有リンクの生成および閲覧
• ログイン時の記録のサーバー保存および端末間同期

第5条（アカウントとログイン）

• ログインは任意です。 ログインしなくても読み取り・記録・統計のすべてを利用できます。
• TossミニアプリではTossログインを利用できます。この場合、運営者はTossが発行した利用者識別値を会員の識別にのみ使用します。
• App Store・Play StoreアプリではAppleまたはGoogleアカウントでログインできます。
• 利用者はいつでも本サービス内の機能からアカウントを削除できます。削除するとサーバーに保存された記録・購読情報・利用履歴も消去され、元に戻せません。
• アカウントへのアクセス手段（Toss・Apple・Googleアカウント）の管理責任は利用者にあります。

第6条（読み取り回数・広告・有料購読）

• 読み取りはサーバー費用を伴うため、1日の利用回数に上限があります。無料提供回数と上限は本サービス画面に表示され、運営上の事情により調整されることがあります。
• 利用者は広告を視聴して読み取り回数を追加で解放できます。
• 有料購読はApp Store・Play Storeアプリでのみ提供されます。Tossミニアプリに有料購読はありません。
• 有料購読の価格・期間・自動更新・解約方法は各ストアの決済規定に従い、決済および返金はApple社またはGoogle社が処理します。購読の案内はサポートページにあります。
• 購読は読み取り回数の上限を増やすものではなく、広告を免除し記録保存機能を提供するものです。

第7条（利用者の義務）

利用者は次の行為をしてはなりません。

• 他人の個人情報が含まれる写真を権限なくアップロードする行為
• 他人の権利を侵害し、または法令に違反する内容を記録・共有する行為
• 自動化された手段で反復アクセスし、または読み取り回数制限を回避する行為
• サーバー・ネットワークに過度な負荷をかけ、正常な運営を妨げる行為
• 本サービスをリバースエンジニアリングし、またはコード・素材を無断で複製・配布する行為

運営者は、上記の行為が確認された場合、事前の通知なく利用を制限できます。

第8条（コンテンツの帰属）

• 利用者がアップロードした写真および入力した記録の権利は利用者に帰属します。運営者は、読み取り・保存・同期・共有という本サービス提供の目的の範囲でのみ処理します。
• 運営者は、利用者の写真や記録を広告・宣伝・人工知能モデルの学習に利用しません。
• 本サービス自体（ソフトウェア、デザイン、商標）に関する権利は運営者に帰属します。

第9条（人工知能による読み取りの限界）

第10条（記録の保存と消失）

• ログインしない場合、記録は端末にのみ保存されます。 アプリ・ブラウザのデータ削除、保存容量の不足、端末の変更により記録が失われることがあり、運営者は復旧できません。
• ログインすると記録はサーバーに保存され、同一アカウントの他の端末と同期されます。ただし写真は同期されず、端末にのみ残ります。
• 同じ記録を複数の端末で編集した場合、後から編集した内容が反映されます。
• 運営者は記録の永久保存を保証しません。重要な記録は別途保管されることをお勧めします。

第11条（共有リンク）

• 共有リンクはアドレスを知っている人であればログインなしで閲覧できます。公開範囲をご考慮のうえ生成してください。
• 共有リンクは生成日から180日を過ぎると開けなくなり、期限切れのデータは定期的な整理処理で削除されます。
• 期限前の削除が必要な場合は、リンクのアドレスを添えてお問い合わせください。

第12条（本サービスの変更・中断）

• 運営者は本サービスの内容を変更し、または一部機能を中断できます。
• 本サービスの全部を終了する場合は、30日前までに本ページまたは本サービス画面で告知します。
• 天災、停電、通信障害、外部サービス（クラウド・人工知能・ストア）の障害など運営者の管理を超える事由により、事前の通知なく中断されることがあります。

第13条（責任の制限）

• 運営者は、無償で提供される機能について、故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き損害賠償の責任を負いません。
• 運営者は、第9条の読み取り誤り、第10条の記録の消失、利用者自身が生成した共有リンクの露出による損害について責任を負いません。
• 本条は、関係法令が消費者に保障する権利を制限するものではありません。

第14条（個人情報）

個人情報の収集・利用・保管・破棄に関する事項は個人情報処理方針に定めます。

第15条（準拠法および紛争解決）

• 本規約は大韓民国の法律に従って解釈されます。
• 本サービスの利用に関する紛争は、運営者と利用者の協議により解決することを原則とし、協議が調わない場合は民事訴訟法の定める管轄裁判所に訴えを提起できます。
